Bone & Muscle problems

I've been have a lot of lower back pain over the last two months or so with sciatica and shooting pain in my hips. Also my back went completely out for no reason to the point I couldn't walk for the second Time today. I had rods put in from T1-T7 3years ago after an infection in my spine cause it to fracture. I'm concerned about another infection but no fever. Also I don't have a spleen I'm considering going to the ER

A few days ago I had woken up with a very intense pain in my hips, thinking nothing of it I took so paracetomol and just tried to relax the pain, it has now spread to my thighs and knees where my pain is a very heavy feeling and is causing a limp in my walk, it also hurts if I try and tense my leg or walk down there stairs
