I worked for 14-16 hours last three days and now I am having lower back pain specially on left side. What should I do?

I have pain exactly at one particular point in spinal card. Where am unable move my hands free or move free from one place to another comfortable

Having high Uric acid value of 6.7 and foot swelling. Is it safe to consume curd? What are the other foods that should be avoided?

On Monday 16th July, during an exercise class, I hurt my hand whilst breaking my fall. I wrapped it with a cold compress as soon as possible, but wasn't able to see a Doctor until Friday 20th, due to being ill the following days after the injury. The Doctor was concerned I may have fractured it, and told me to go to A&E for an xray. I did as told, but the nurse there said she didn't think it was a fracture, and sent me home. Now, two weeks later, my hand still hurts and doesn't feel any better

Hi there is a patient who have knee injury while playing, MRI report says it's partial ACL tear. Will this recover on its own? Or physiotherapist session require or surgery? MRI reports says: 1. Partial tear at t he femoral attachment of ACL 2. Intrasubstance changes in the posterior hom of medial meniscus 3. Bone contusion in the medial and the lateral tibial condyle 4. Mild joint effusion. plz tell the the treatment plan for that patient.

I have tremendous pain in my lower back and it radiates to my legs and heel.

My wife has severe pain in her right hand palm area.she cannot straighten fully her fingers.she has hypothyroidism 6.8 and is on .75 mg thyroxine. Doctor  advise required as to which doctor?? Rheumatologist or ortho ? Thank u sir/madam
