When I sit for a while, and get up to walk my legs ache, sometimes effecting my lower back

Twisted my ankle while playing football. Swell is there on my right ankle and i have taken inflaheal tablet from medical. Please advise if i ned to take painkiller too wid inflaheal

I have been suffering from upper back pain for 4 months.Reason is due to massage I took when I went to a falls. I have suffering a chronic condition. After 6 days of ACL surgery I noticed in morning that my feet is swollen little and pain at the stich sides of the knee. I m staying very far away from the operating surgeon n his mobile is switched off. Plz suggest what to do

I'm 18 and stress fractured my lower back when I was 14. I was told it healed right and is fine most of the time. However, when I run or make a sudden rotation of the shoulders I get spasms in the same area for a week. I don't want it to be this way my entire life, what should I do? I might add that I lift weights and it never bothers me when or after lifting weights for some reason. Only when running or suddenly rotating does it begin to spasm for a week.
