Bone & Muscle problems

My wife is facing pain in right side of lower ribs area and same is in exact back side of it, so she is not clear about either it is related to bones or a muscular pain or something else, pls let us know which specialist doctor to visit? Thanks

I slipped in rains around 15 days back and injured my foot. My foot was swollen and it was paining. But now most of the swelling and pain is gone by my foot fingers are still swollen and it pains upon pressing. I can bend my foot fingers but the bones seem swollen compared to the other foot. Not sure what is wrong. Isn't 15 days enough to recover completely. I am 31 years old male.
