I have very high arches and minimal padding on the balls of my feet. I have orthotics (not prescription) that I wear occasionally. For the past couple of months, anytime I sit or lay down for more than 20 minutes, my feet are excruciatingly painful when I get up and walk. They hurt until I've walked a little ways, and then they are just slightly uncomfortable. I have specific spots on my left foot (on the outside middle and on the inside of the heel) that hurt more when touched or massaged.

Doctor, I require help and guidance for solution for my weak shoulder as it got dislocated and was put back 2 days ago. It came off while playing badminton and afraid there is not much fibure muscules to hold the socket close intact and thus chances of reoccurring dislocated arm. Please suggest what are my options. How long do I need to be on immobilizer.

Soreness that radiates from my thighs through my knees down to my ankles. I'm not sure if it's from dehydration or my job. I'm a truck driver

Hello Doctor, My mom is suffering from severe back pain. The pain is from back to until right leg, she is finding very difficult to get up and move around. She has been taking Intagesic-MR Tablet for pain relief. She is taking the tablet regularly, if she stops the pain increases. Pl guide me on the same. Thanks again,

I have a knee pain for almost 2 years and also every time i stretch my leg noice use to come. I got a xray done 1 year ago but doctor was unable to find anything band termed it as a regular pain and prescribed a gel and few medicine. 1 year has past but now the pain has increased.

I tore my ACL 2 years ago and underwent surgery to have it repaired. Recently after playing a game of soccer I noticed later that night that my knee was slightly swollen and stiff, however I retained my full range of motion and had no pain when walking. After a few days swelling went down and now it feels back to normal. That was a roundabout way of explaining that I want to buy an active brace to prevent re-injury. Where do I go to get a brace that will work? Also brand names would be helpful.
