Bone & Muscle problems

I had a knee injury due to a fall 3 days ago. Doctor ruled out fracture as X-ray was OK. No ligament laxity noted. Still the area is swollen. I have been wearing immobiliser braces for the knee. I have problems bending the knee properly. Will physiotherapy help or do I need to rest more?

On my left hand on fingure have small point and flow out little water and it's increase day by day.

My arm has been having severe aches and pain the past 4 hours and I did not hurt it at work in anyway. To me it’s a 6 out of 10 and it hurts really bad to move it. The pain starts at the top of my arm, then travels down my arm. I tired a cold pack, it helped, but the pain is back. It hurts to carry things with that hand. It feels like muscle soreness. My arm is red cause of it, or that may be from the cold pack.

Do I need to visit orthopaedic or urologist for this problem. Am looking for doctor close to my home

Leg pain and muscle weekness, also I have complete body pain it's daily if I miss timing of food and breakfast

Pain In my hands and legs but I don't have any swelling I think it is in my bones,blood report is normal sugar and BP is normal pain in my hand and CBP is also normal

I have experienced what feels like a persistent runner’s cramp over the past month, primarily while walking quickly and for a few hours after. I initially thought it was because my exercise routine had intensified. The pain has become more regular and bothersome the past few days. My upper abdomen is very tight and there is an especially painful spot over my right rib cage. I have not had a fever, vomited or felt nauseous.

I was fall down from steps. after went to Patti holder. After I did x-ray 2nd & 3rd metatarsal fracture will be there. After 1 month again I did x-ray lite crack will be there on 3rd metatarsal. My village Doctor said use sego ankle binder. Can I walk now? How many days swelling will be there. I am using tablets gemstrong k2-7
