Sacralization of l5 vertebral body

MRI findings: lumbosacral transitional vertebrae noted - sacralization of l5 vertebral body I am having back pain problem which is recursive. Is it serious problem? Kindly help with your suggestions? Currently undergoing physiotherapy, he advised to wear belt.
