Xray lumbosacral spine b/v
Lumbo Sacral Spine B/V: Marginal osteophytes noted over articular margins of bodies of L3-L5 vertebrae. Lumber lordotic curvature is straightened. Disc spaces are maintained. Both S.I joints are normal. Sacralization of L5 vertebra is noted. Impression: Degenerative change. Cannot understand. Please tell me about it and its treatment

It's very similar to greying of hair with age .. those changes are normal for your age
