I have severe fever with my joins in pains. This makes life unconfortable for me

I had slipped and had bone crack type of injury in my left wrist and having a forearm splint since last 3 weeks and having still pain in that wrist.

HI so my third and forth toes are half there original size and have been for a couple of years now. I have bought a cream for athletes foot as between my toes were very itchy, the itch was has disappeared now. Can I make my toes their original size again as compared to my others toes on my other foot it look ridiculous please tell me what to do and how long and hard it will be.
