I am a 29 year old cricket player. I lead a healthy life and I am fit. But, for the past couple of days, I have been experiencing sudden ankle pain and it comes and goes. It happens especially when I run. I am a bowler and I just can’t drop running all of a sudden. Can someone suggest as to what I need to do next in order to get back to form?
