I have neck swelling problems from last one year it's painful,it happens whenever I sit for long time.,doctors said me to do exercise. Now days I feel very week and lazy bes I am not doing any physical activity so that case joining gym will be helpful or it will give problem to my back and neck. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Also as u r software engineer, adjust the height of your laptop/desktop system, table and chair so that u don't bend your neck while working
