Herinated disc in lumbar and cervical
Is it possible to have laser operation in cervical and lumbar area ..? And whats the recovery time in laser operation..? Will i be able to go to gym again?

Hello Please don't go for laser treatment . It's a total waste of time. Also most important is due u require surgery or not.. it can be well commented after seeing Ur MRI films..

The need for an operation depends on how much the disc prolapse s causing you problems and for how long. Majority of the disc bulges reduce in size and the pain improves in 3-4 months. Laser treatment is not the standard treatment of choice for disc prolapses.
