Humerus fracture for last 8 months
I had humerus fracture my hand  8 month old ago as i have trated by non surgery process my hand not coming up directly   mild swelling  present On mid shaft of humerus I am doing phishotarapy exercise for last 5 months as I am continue exercise of rope lifting n teraband exercise daily n apply ice   I am not  use my hand to lift anything please see my x ray give me suggestions doctor not operated me when I fall told it will heal  naturally at present I am doing teraband execise n phishotarapy please give suggestions  about recovery for me I attached my staring x  ray n present x ray

Your bone has healed but in a bit curved position which is acceptable if u r able too do ur regilar work without any discomfort.  U can use ur hand completely as before fracture.  But if u have functional disability or not that need to be assessed and so accordingly treatment can be planned.  See another orthopaedic consultant near u for second opinion.
