Please doctor if I match my foot by the side it's like I matched my vine and I got shock please help me

This left shoulder pain is there since March 2018. I have met as many as 4 doctors here in Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai. Medicines and physiotherapy has been prescribed. MRI was also taken and was found that everything is normal, but my shoulder pain exists. It's dull and aching now and then. I'm taking Duabit, Tendowell, ResnerPlus. I'm not taking Signoflam which is also prescribed. How and when will this pain disappear

I was lying resting watching movies and just feeling my both shoulder feeling tired and just awhile it only happened to my left shoulder

Hi! I am a professional footballer and a gym freek... Recently when i was playing a match i got a slipped disc in lumbar area..and I am feeling pain in lower back! Though the pain is not that much but it's there... Now doctor advised me to have bed rest and physiotherapist session or to go for an microscopic operation. What should i do..? I mean i want my back to be 100% fit like it was before... whats the best alternative..? Is it possible to get disc 100% fit like it was before through excersize and physiotherapy session only? Or i should go fpr surgery... help

Severe back pain all of a sudden when I woke up in the morning.. Had stomach and gas trouble earlier. Unable even bend down.

I had pain in my muscles and under feet...had little bit pain in knee joint...I tested all the blood test under the consultant of my home physician doctor...and found aso titre 496 and uric acid was 7.64...after 3 month again I felt a little bit fever and then again I tested all the blood test and found aso titre is 644 and uric acid is 5.57...ra factory ESR everything is normal...now I don't take medicine...and muscle pain gone...but how can the aso titre is cured??...may anyone suggest any specialist doctor...and how many days need to require to fully cure?? Past data ...I got hit in chest at the age of 20... No medicine taken during that time... I am now 28 years old...

I have pain in my feet and below ankles, when I stand than it start paining. There is no sign of swelling or any sign.

Hello. I am Sridevi, 27yrs old. In start of July month I met with an accident and royal Enfield bike fell on my leg. Went to ortho doctor @vihaa hospital. Diagnosed with x ray.then doctor it's right foot contusion. I used ankle binder and crepe bandage. Few days later pain got increased and I cud not walk. Then taken MRI scan. Observation: Undisplaced fracture with extensive bone marrow noted involving base of 3rd metatarsal with mild surrounding soft tissue oedema Medication 1. Bonefix tablet 2. Ocerin forte 3. Phlogam Advise Doctor told take rest alonenfor 4 weeks. Please suggest me do I need surgery for this or need rest alone ? Attached my MRI scan report

Whom should I consult for lower back pain? Physiotherapist or Orthopaedic? I took 3 sessions with physio. Ultrasonic theraphy. Doing hot & cold therapy at home. But no major improvement. Feel stiffness in lower back specially when I get up in morning.
