Why do I still have pain in lower back 6 weeks after being diagnosed with two bulging disc MRI came back all clear apart from two bulging disc L3 L4 L4 L5

I have problem back pain after surgery for baby born.continue 3 to 4 years last surgery so please give advice and prescription.

I hurt my arm when I feel on my bike a year ago. I landed on my arm and my arm when up too high and since then my arm has been in pain. My right arm by the upper tendon of the triceps hurts every time i move my arm. I try and stretch my arm every day and i thought it would have healed on it's own by now. My arm's been in pain for over a year.

I have pain in my lower back. I have consulted spine doctor as well. He has suggested an MRI. However I forgot whether it was MRI for cervical spine or MRI for abdomen? I could ask the doc but he is not in town.
