Bone & Muscle problems

I have bulging disc problem in L4-l5 region from past 5 years. At first the pain comes and goes time to time but from one year it got terrible and my whole back got stiffed. Now I can't move freely and sometimes can't breathe

1.Right leg=I have Grd1-2 ACL tear and grd1 posterior horn of medial meniscus with grd 4 Lateral articular surface, Grd3 medial articular surface. Complete loss of cartilage with subchondrical lateral articular surface, and partial loss of cartilage with medial articular surface 2.left leg partial grd1 ACL tear  , instability is there, front twist  or leg forwarded, what I do straight go to surgery  or not or any other process, when I regularly visited best arthroscopic ortho doctors butproblem increased why? What is best solution of this problem  or any alternative procedure ? both legs do a surgery at one time or one after another ,chance to lead orthorities or not,if I go surgery Then how many days rest and at what period I do climb stairs 1st floor, and running

My mother is having low BP, with that she is getting leg pain from knee to toe, sometimes nerves getting closed from mouth to chest & starting, so please treat my mother well. Hoping i am getting a soon appointment with you with reasonable fee.

I hav lower back pain from 2 months when ever I stand for long time and do running I had slipped n fell down on floor some 8 months back n the pain was there for 10 days and it went and now I'm getting lower back pain from 2 months

The joint near the foot , has a constant pain,more over it had develop a swelling and there is rise in my uric acid level which is 8.2 . Although x Rays are normal ,but still I experice alot of pain while walking nd,doing daily chores.

I am 24 years old I have a terrible pain in my neck shoulder and my thumb! But my thumb is the worst it's to the point where I can't use my hand the way I usually can and there is redness on my thumb near where the radial nerve is

Since two months back ache ...whole back left side medication n physiotherapy taken but no relief

I was diagnosed with Gout 3 weeks back, and I had Uric Acid level 9.2.  I was advised to go on Zyloric 100mg with 1-0-1 for 10 days and 2-0-2 for the next 10 days. I have not checked Uric Acid level now yet, but the moment I stop taking tablets, I start getting the foot pain again. Please advise what to do. I have stopped taking high purine foods, alcohol, eggs and grams ( I am a pure vegetarian ) and having 4 ltrs of water everyday. I have had high Uric Acid level from about 10 years now, and I was always advised by doctor not to take any medicine. I weigh 112kg, and I want to know how to reduce without taking moderate protein.

Doctor sir my mother was suffering lot of pain problems last week onwords we are constantly with doctors already but still with pain issues let me know what shuld we are do

My father is very old. He has pain in his knee joints. He is not interested in operation. Please suggest some alternatives to cure arthritis. For example- injections, exercises, etc. I have attached his latest x Ray's. Thanks
