Hi is there a treatment for acl tear without surgery? I have a acl tear as per xray and mri report

I have knee pain when i was in 9th std now i am in drgree still now i have pain i also take tablets but no improvement what should i do

I am having really bad knee pain in one of my knees.. I am obese so I know that I need to lose weight, but exercising using my knee is not an option due to the pain. I hold my breath when I walk because its so bad.. its on my left leg and centralized and moves toward the inner part of my knee. What is something I can do to relieve this some at home versus pain meds etc...

I've been runing and suddenly my ankle had a torsion, it was swelled and I can not walk anymore, I made some treatments at home the puffiness decreases but I noticed a bone has apeared , I went to the hospital then made a radio which a "fake doctor" told me you got nothing .. but my ankle still hurt me when I run and the bone still appears, I asked you please if you can help me what to do cause I don't believe in the doctors we have here I hate them, I believe only in west doctors I thank you

I ran on treadmill and sat on Indian toilet then I felt internal knee cap bleeding it's been 3 months of rest and ice. So I took MRI now can I go to college with stick support and what lifestyle changes to go MRI plain study Tl and T2 sagittal, T2 ax ial and T2 and STIR coronal images · Minimal marrow edema both tibial condyle and fibular head * Low grade partial (grade I-II) anterior cruciate ligament tear at femoral attachment , so plz tell me the physiotherapy treatment plan for that .

I am having shoulder joint dislocation. What is suggested for me till it is strapped by supports. Also after removal of supports what should I do? This is 3rd time in past 6 years . please guide.

I feel pain in my life leg knee at the age of 12 and I done checkup with different orthopedic doctors but they say there is no problem at all. But the symptoms are, a bump on lefside down corner of the knee, a 24×7 mild pain deep inside of the knee even i sleep, iam unable to run, unable to bare weight on my left leg, unable to place grip on left leg, it is difficult to stairs, when iam climbing the stairs there's a broken sound like "tik tik" comes out from the knee, please tell me the solution iam unable to bare this pain any more... It going up and up. Please 😭😭😭😭😭

I hav elbow pain as i m doing weight training frm last 10 years..I can't do triceps isolation exercises.

I was born with discoid meniscus and as a result had two meniscus repairs due to knee instability the infamous popping associated with the disorder. In my left knee, I still get severe pain years later. It happens randomly but can also arise with overuse. Moving my knee becomes near unbearable let alone tasks like walking. It normally lasts a few hours to a few days then go away as if it never happened. Overtime, it's been getting more frequent, more painful, and lasting longer.
