5 days ago, I’ve dropped a can onto my toe and ever since I’ve had a constant pain and tingly sensation. The toe is fully swollen and bruised, and bruise keeps getting bigger.

Plz help me with the exercise for correction of bowed legs.initially ibthpught it was normal ..but later i found it out to be bowed legs

The heels of my left leg pains a lot when I get up in the morning or stand on it for a long time. This is happening since 2 months and I've been ignoring since then and now it's become irritating

I have vitamin d deficiency... i got my blood test done... there i found i only had 15.2 level of vitamin d and less than 20 is considered as deficiency... so i took vitamin d 60,000 iu sachets for 20 days... every alternate day.. (i took 11 sachets) Then i got vitamin d shot of 600000 i guess... now..? Do i still need some supplements or not... I still feel Headache and pain

Since few months my working g struggling join Pains,he already consult orthopedic my nearest location.

It was written that ACL RECON with Sumi T in my discharge papers. Can anyone say what is it. Another doubt. After 21 days of ACL Surgery my stitches we're opened. But now I m feeling severe pain near patella while trying to bend knee. It's just little raising. Is my surgery is unsuccessful! Plz plz advise me what to do. I'm very far away from the surgeon and in a CHC I opened the stitches. Pls advise

I have a left knee injury while playing football, mri report says that completely acl tear in proximal part,, and doctor said for a surgery.... Is there any solution without surgery..... Please suggest..
