He is frequently suffering from knee pain. Is it possible to cure it by medication? And if surgery done is there guarantee pain will not be there?

It feels like a guitar string is being plucked when I bend my knee, in my leg below my knee..it's a little painful but mostly feels like something is being stretched too far

I am suffering from lower back pain since a week. I did shirshasan and sarwangasan 2 days (types of yoga) After that pain has started till now it's paining. In starring days pain is more than today but not cure completely please suggest what I do. My weight is 88 and height 173 cm.

I have a recurring issue with my mid back... every 2-3 years it seems to "give out" and leaves me completely cripples and the pain can last for a month... had the feeling the other day and took it easy... no debilitating pain but definitely sore in the mid back... iced it tonight for 20 minutes and the pain went away and the feeling of impending "give out" subsided... my question is does this mean it's more likely a muscular issue or a disc issue that i fear?

No pain in any other small or large joint...Only knees are badly affected...Difficult to walk...Severe pain and bent knees...Vitamin D ok...RF high 55.80 (Dr lal path)..antiCCP is normal...High ESR...Is it Rheumatoid arthritis?? Pain killers and other NSAIDS are not helping...Visited osteoarthritis Dr...Should I consult rheumatologist?? Pls suggest..
