Bone & Muscle problems

Hi. I feel my neck is stiff in the right side and I got pain in back n shoulder and arm aswell. Wen I do simple stuff like useing phone or drying hair. And I'm gettin pain on the right side of my lower back , butt, and leg. N theres pain  on the static nerve and the whole leg feels different and pain is more when I wake up from sleep. Full leg hurts.

I have backache facing frequently. Cannot sit on straight.  Please suggest to me how to overcome it.

I recently got tested and my vitamin d3 score was 9 and the avg should hv been ard 75. What should i do and will sea cod capsules be helpful and in what dose.

I was fall down from steps. I went to Patti holder. I did x-ray 2nd &3rd metatarsal fracture will be there. After 1 month again I did x-ray lite crack will be there on 3rd metatarsal. My village Doctor said use sego ankle binder Can I walk? Swelling will be there

I m observing that he is slightly using his one leg only, not use to sit with open legs, bend his often

My husband is suffering from Legs pain. From knee he has pain for two legs. What might be the problem?

Good afternoon sir, I am a student, named Diptesh. For about 1 year ago...while playing football I fell down while blocking a ball and by knee twisted such that I got injured but didn't primarily gave importance. From then on I started  feeling that my knee joint is filled with fluid. Sometimes it pained while playing or doing something and sometimes it unstabilises. I went to many doctors here, and most of them said I don't have any serious injury and no complete ligament tear. Though some of them told that yes I have ligament tear. I did x-ray, USG of knee where I found a little fluid as well as MRI, where it says that ACL is completely torn but still most doctors said that there is no such tear. Now after rehabilitation and excercise I started playing football using a knee cap.. Everytime I get mild injury and recover but day before yesterday I got some serious injury and I am unable to completely bend knee, feeling extreme pain. What can I do sir? I want to play football again,? Pl

I have pain in my neck from past 2 months constantly previously i was unable to recognise but consulting a doctor I came to know that is cervical spondylosis since I am a student I have to study for long hours and pain is pinching e like anything Can you suggest some immediate pain relief remedy
