Hello Doctor, My wife is having some pain in her right knee join from last 5-6 days. We have applied MOVE on it and rubbed it gently at every night from when pain started. Now pain has been reduced somewhat but while sitting down or standing up, some cramps are still present. Kindly suggest what should be done to get rid of this knee joint pain.

My mother is 42 year old . My mothers knee is very closed and lots pain in knees and suffering for walk and lots of pain durring walk .how can control and any solution of this problem?

I am having a severe pain in my waist (hip bone). Thus, I am unable to walk properly. I fell on the aisle, causing this pain.

Hey, Now It's been 2 weeks. I am giving proper rest to my right hand wrist. I also give hot fomentation. But still I m feeling pain in my wrist. There is no swelling at all. I also consulted physio for this and she told me this is normal ligament sprain and it may take time . I also did ultrosound therepy but it's not possible for me to go everyday as my office tymings are not fix. I m badminton player and next month I have matches from 1 sept . Can you please tell me how much time it'll take to heal it and should I give hot or cold fomentation (lil bit confused). Thanks in advance .

During workout at gym I felt a pain in my neck It is not curing even after 4-5 days ,though it doesn't cause much problem but I feel little pain while I move my face Please provide a solution

I feel pain in my heel since last 3yrs,when I wake up in the morning then I feel pain in my heel , after walking some distance it gets normal.if I sit 1 to 2 hrs and walking then it also pain.

I hv pain in right leg. Swellown knee . Pain extends to ankle heel n toe. Upward along d anterior side of femur. Starting slightly at left elbow also n left hand finger joints which appear for a while only. Pls sggest. Is ther anything severe. M 38 F. Married. Mother of 7yr boy n 2 yr girl
