Bone & Muscle problems

Good morning sir!! I had a fall on 26 July 2018 from the stairs. My right hand immediately touched the ground and all my weight was on it. As a result there was sharp pain in the hand and immediately there was swelling. I went to the Dr who asked X-ray to be done. The report was no fracture, but the Dr still put a cast to fasten healing and prevention of further injury. Also prescribed some medicines which I took. On August 11, the cast was removed and another X-ray by another Dr again revealed no fracture but ligament rupture of the wrist. He also prescribed some medicine and warm water soaking and applying the D.F.O. ointment & crepe bandage. Today i.e. on 20 August also, the swelling and pain is still there. Sir, my questions to you are- 1. Can broken ligament grown back? 2. Do we need to take an MRI? 3. What is the treatment for broken ligament? Can it be cured through medicines, taking protein supplements, warm water soaks, physio or surgery is required? Kindly help me. Regards.

I am having back pain which stretches to my hip and foot till the sole. Its like spasm which sometimes doesn't allow me to walk fast or climb up-down stairs. It has been a month having bed rest and applying gels. There's a relief for some time but when I want to walk a little fast it gets a little painful. History- 3 years back I fell down from stairs having blood clot on my right hand back muscle. It took months to recover from that. Still once in a while the spasm is there which lasts up to 1 day.

I am doing gym from last 4 years regularly. From last 10 days in am suffering from multiple joint pain I.e elbow, knee, wrist, shoulder, back etc. please suggest what should I do.

Pain in low back from a month I am taking calcium and iron tablets in dr perception but no relief tried voilini cream but avoiding pain killer

I had a displaced femur shaft fracture on 20 June 2018 at my left foot so there was a internal fixation of titanium rod. Recently while coming after bath i felt on the injured leg at floor. Is everything okay with my leg because there is no pain. Pls help and when will i achieve normal walking

Mother Fratured forearm , got operated in dec 2016. But pain in wrist area continues after prolonged physiotherapy & few doctors. Need a senior experienced doctor. Till now got feedback nerves seem to be reason for pain but pain continues.

I had an left ankle fracture abrasive over anterior aspect of Lt ankle. Doctor has advised me to use caste I don't want to have cast on my leg. Can anything substitute cast. Which can be removed when needed

Complex tear of anterior horn of meniscus. Full thickness tear of ACL with buckling of cruciate ligament.

My mother is having serious knee pain problem... She can walk easily..but when it's time to sit she can fold her legs properly neither she can sit(not in chair, in floor or bed) for long time... Her knee joint pains very much... She have tried all types of massage and exercise but not getting any result.. Please kindly suggest me something.. She has type 2 diabetes..

My brother had undergone a bulging disc surgery in 2010 again he had pain in 2014 which got well in injection but recently he had pain in his back the doctor had told for MRI in that it is showing again the same result. Please find the attachment of the both old and new MRI report.
