Bone & Muscle problems

Went for a 5 mile mountain bike ride, up and down rolling hills - a couple with small technical features - off and on minor aches on the ankle. I did my achilles and ankle stretches before the ride, and walked a lap and rode a lap before I started on the dirt trail. Not sure if that would cause Achilles tendonitis or if it was just post ride temporary sore?

Wife fell down onto her hip and feling pain. Not sure if she has injury in the hip bone but feels like it. Which kind of doctor is suitable for her? Any good hospital near wakad, pune?

I have in problem in right hand one finger & right side leg one finger smaling I will conclled many of doctors give the tapblets taking no use

I am having pain in my tailbone for past 6 months. I used to travel a lot by means of bus for 1 year. The roads were poorly constructed, so the ride was not good. I think maybe I got it from that. Please suggest.

Ok, I injured my foot early Saturday morning. Went to hospital Saturday evening and they said I have a displaced fracture of the fourth and fifth metatarsal bone. Hospital gave me a aircast boot to wear. Prescribed naproxen. I've been resting it non stop and taking the naproxen and Tylenol for pain. It's very painful and the meds are not helping at all. Not really sleeping because of the pain. It's very bothersome and I can't get past it. The pain is in most of my foot and ankle now and going up my ankle into my calf. I see the orthopedic surgeon Wednesday. Is any of this normal? Should the pain have spread? And if so that much? .

L5-s1 disc space is reduced and altered lumbard lordosis and paraspinal muscle spasm in x -ray report

What treatment to be done for ths as altered lumbar lordosis -paraspinal muscle spasm so is there any dangeor or risk to healt and treatment to ths is what

I got a fractured finger and got the X ray done so just wanted to know if a cast will do the job or is a surgery required

Cant sit more. Uneasy to walk. Cant stand up for more than 1 minute.. pain in back. Seating job so can not manage. Cant walk on down or up stair. Pain in knee.
