She feels problem while sitting she does exercise but no improvement what shall we do any medicine that we can give to her

Hi I actually lost balance and jumped from 5-6 ft walk on a concrete floor and now I am unable to stand and walk due to severe pain in my lower part of leg specially the ankle and heel area. Please suggest

My mom have grade III vertical tear involving posterior horn of medial meniscus reaching inferior articular surface and root with meniscal extrusion. Grade II signal is seen involving posterior horn and body of medial meniscus. Small parameniscal cyst is seen near posterior horn reaching behind posterior cruciate ligament. Is surgery required?

For the Calcium problem in health whole body is paining and could not able to sleep properly.

My right hand wrist has been paining on twisting it in a clockwise direction. The pain occurs just below the bone protrusion on the wrist. The pain is excruciating especially when I have to turn door knobs in the house. My question - what kind of splint or cast would work towards fixing this wrist in a matter of few weeks??

I'm suffering from a swelling in the middle right side of my back. The muscle has become hard and it hurts when I sleep on right side. Is it a muscle knot? I went to GP he gave me medicines n cream bt not much has helped. How to get rid of it?
