My weight is 100 kg I have body pains amd feling nervous so please get the solution of My problem pls

I fell on wooden stairs about 1 and ahl half years ago. I had a massive bruise that took weeks to heal on That back of my left hip. I never got checked out by a doctor as I could not afford it. I have recurring pain throughout my hip and left leg consistently for 2 years and I am thinking my hip might be causing it. I get really bad pain in my hip and knee especially and it moves down to my foot. Sometimes I can't sleep or it wakes me up. I notice after driving its worse

I've been having pain on my right side in my neck, upper back, and underarm. The pain is so bad that it is radiating down my side.
