I was having little bit neck pain and stiff neck from 3 months but from 10 days i am having shoulder pain with severe headache and neckpain raditing down spine .... fatigued knee and stomach ache as well what it is ..? Help.. . . . Tests done: Cervucal xray, Brain mri, rheumatoid factor, Uric acid, Csr , Cbc, Cre protien, Esr, Tsh and Knee xray... Every thing completely normal... help!!!

I've been diagnosed with full ACL tear 8 days ago. I understand it requires a surgery. But I've a full paid trip in 2.5 weeks. Can I get the surgery before the trip or is it fine if I walk without it for the trip? Also I'm using a very firm knee brace with 0 angle while walking and 90 while sitting

My mother is 60 yrs old and having dexa score -2.5. Doctor prescribed Osteofos 70 mg once in a week with vit d3 60k also once in a week . How long this treatment will go..one yaer or two? My mother is afaris of side effects of Osteofos like hair falling and loosening of teeth. Please help if there is any other dietay treatment of osteoporosis?
