Fractures problem
I had orthopaedic surgery of knee, 6 years back. They had to put a plate and screws. Everything was fine for last 6 year, but suddenly i have started feeling pain in my knee while climbing stairs (exactly at same side, where i had fracture). Few months back i restarted doing knee exercises to bend it completely. What could be the reason.

After 6 years no advantage of mobilisation exercises. Rest and the pain will go.

You need to do an xray and get yourself clinically examined. This history is not sufficient to comment on possibilities

Either the fracture might not have healed or there might be impingement of structures due to the plate or implant related inflammation. Share x-rays.
