Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a 25 yrs guy. My left knee is paining like anything. It feels like someone hitting my knee. At that time i even can not change position for that leg. It lasts for 5-10 mins then automatically pain gone. I am thinking may b during sleep, one position of leg creates this problem but i never have this problem from childhood. Bone pain for 3 years, diagnosed with costochondritis, am on amitriptyline, naproxen & dihydrocodeine. Inflammation markers are normal, vit D levels are normal. Extreme fatigue which impacts daily life and not eased with rest. Pain in long bones in arms and legs, fingers, chest and back. Previously had physio which did not help. Also get headaches, palpitations and symptoms of IBS. Meant to be getting referred to rheumatology but keep getting bounced off other GP's. Please help, i'm desperate.

I am 23 year old boy .I got injured when I was a 13 year old .I fell down from a bicycle and was badly hurt . at present i am having back pain since a month .I have done the x-ray of my lumbo sacral back and it says LUMBAR SPINE STRAIGHTENING DUE TO MUSCLE SPASM . pls help me out I m tensed . What could be the possible reason . How should I cure this problem. I don't have radiating pain in my legs or in my upper back .

Diagnosed with Costochondritis when I was 13 (now 17) and the pain has not eased even with being on amitriptyline. For the past year 2 years, I have been experiencing pain all over, especially in the long bones in my arms, legs and down my back. Also with extreme fatigue, it's really limiting me. Nothing is helping the pain and I feel my GP isn't taking me seriously, I have had countless blood tests and medication trials which ruled out arthritis. I don't know what to do, i am in so much pain.
