Can forehead osteoma go away on its own. How complicated is the surgery. Is it recommended at all? Is a CT scan necessary before the surgery? And finally please give me an estimate o. How much does it cost?

No osteoma disappears on its own . The area is complicated, surgery is same as for other areas . Yes the surgery is performed for better cosmesis. CT should be done as it defines the tumour and it's depth better.
