Bone & Muscle problems

Hi All, I face severe pain in morning or while standing for long under my heel. Its also an issue with casual shoes or loafers. I suspect its planter faccitis. please confirm if it can be cured by chiropractic treatment.

I underwent ACL reconstruction surgery on May 17th,2018.Today while boarding the bus,by mistake I put my operated leg forward and boarded the bus. Initially I was having a sharp pain in my knee..after few minutes,it was gone..Does it cause any problem to the new grafting? Adding to this,I have faced little instability for 2-3 times.. please advise.

I recently diagonised with a lower energy tibial plateau fracture ,gone through surgery with plate and screws fixed.I have a couple of questions Firstly,Does a Full recovery from tibial plateau fracture possible ? Secondly,How many days should I go to physiotherapy ? Thirdly how long will it takes to return into active life(including running , sports etc) ?

Rotator cuff surgery April 3rd. Fall on April 25th. Revision surgery June 19th. Third week of pt and struggling with the same pain before revision. No fall, so why sharp stabbing pain?

My knee is not bending after 30 days of my ACL surgery, unable to bend the knee after so much trying, feeling pain while flexion and swelling is there. How to do and which exercise for flexion easily. Pls describe in detail. Knee patella is also not moving though I am giving hot water steam by a towel. Pls advise clearly

There is clicking in my left shoulder AC joint, there is also a slight bump of bone in this shoulder near the coller bone

ESR IS 35 WHICH IS HIGH COMPARE TO NORMAL. For reductions what should be done.

Please tell me what is this I have consulted 7 different doctor no one is able to tell anything and I am fed up. X-ray and ultrasound normal. Veins are lumped around popliteal area and very lumped and painful. Blue veins are present all around body and painful bruises also occur. Please find the photo. Lower hip bone ache x ray shows partial sacralisation of l5 in left side how can it be healed what could be the reason for it
