Sir I am suffering from shoulder and neck pain from last two years but in starting I was just thinking that it's normal but now I have to study 12 to 13 hours continuously, but due to pain in my shoulders and neck I can't study even can't sleep well. My headache and pain also starts due to this now I am suffering from this problem from last 4 days please suggest me
