Bone & Muscle problems

Last week i was doing chest exercise in gym.after completing all the chest ecercises the pain started on right side of collarbone near the shoulder.now whenever i raise my hand on front side or do chest exercise there is sharp pain on the bone. I have done the X-ray and it is normal.I am taking orthodex tablet from last 3 days but of no use.Please guide me for this problem

Please find the report and suggest remedy without any surgery Swelling is still there but pain is not that much

I go for running everyday I started before 15 days I have pain too much in my claves I have pain like someone smash the hammer on my calves it's too much painfull but I didn't stop running after running it's too much pain

From last 2 months whenever i strech my sternum pops... thou it doesn't hurt it does pop from different parts... and cervucal neck and shoulder and many joints have started popping... Sever headache also and neck pain along with both wrists pain and fatigued and painfull knees... Tests done: Rf, Cbc, esr, Cre protien, uric acid, cervical xray , brain mri, Hamd knees xray, vitd3 test, vitb12 test, Everything came normal... What it can be Pls someone give answer in detail.. pls don't guve short answer... your help can make my day... Pls help...
