Knee joint crack 20 years ago... Was ok during this time but 1month earlier got problem again facing stiff joints and pain problem in walking and putting steps.

Pain in both the knees for past one month and it's severe for past four days. I'm not able to fold the leg

My dad is suffering from left shoulder pain for last 4 months. He don't feel pain during day time, pain starts only at night and severe pain after lying on the bed.
