Bone & Muscle problems

Hi. I am 34 year old male with 105 kgs and 6.3 height. i have mild pain in both knees and although this is not affecting my quality of life but i am having pain while climbing stairs, driving, exercising etc. How can i correct this problem. Is there any medication for this. Someone told me, it might be osteoarthritis

I have done x Ray and the report says lumbar spine straightening due to mascular spasm .I fell down from my bicycle when I was 14 year old .is it because of that my report is attached here .please help .my life is in trouble . Sometimes it feels like something is stuff and tight in my back

Hello doctor , past 2 months while walking down the stairs i missed one step and fell badly with my right leg and the whole body weight was on that and it got twisted . I took medications after that but it healed that for the time being . Now the pain is coming whenever i walk on the back of ankle & feet and around the knee and it keeps on moving sometimes at the calf muscles or thigh muscles. Pain is majorly coming below the knee while walking and i feel strength problem in my leg plus stiffness. Got physiotherapy done fr a week but not much of relaxation. So its becoming difficult to exert full pressure. What to do now ? Please help!

I had orthopaedic surgery of knee, 6 years back. They had to put a plate and screws. Everything was fine for last 6 year, but suddenly i have started feeling pain in my knee while climbing stairs (exactly at same side, where i had fracture). Few months back i restarted doing knee exercises to bend it completely. What could be the reason.

Hello doctor,my grandfather is having severe pain in the back. Doctor after getting the x-ray done is saying (dorsal vertebra 9) is depressed and advised calcium and vitamin D and painkillers tab and inhalers. Please suggest will it make him fine.

I have cyst grown on thumb (palm side). There is no pain in the cyst but the bulge is of peanut size. Kindly suggest approach I need to get this removed.

I have got knee sound and elso sometimes pain with it I am 16 years old and elso I have shoulder sound too but I do not have shoulder pain before that I did sport to become taller in gyme? What is the reason of that sound? And can I do sports like jumping because I love it so much can I do every sport?
