Bone & Muscle problems

Iam suffering from back pain and headache last two days please advise the medicines of this problem thank u

I have start running 2 week ago but after the 6 days start the pain in knee's and there is no relief after the 10 days and very difficult to day by day work please advise thanks

This is a hypothetical question, so don't say i'm trying to hurt myself. What would make a bone look broken on an x-ray. I am purely curious, because a bone is so dense that metal could show up bright. What could be passed as a bone fracture. What would trick a doctor to thinking someone has a broken kneecap? Anything that you put on top the skin to show up on an x-ray as a break.

My Legs are always tired, I am always having a hard time climbing stairs and sometimes I get some Slight pain above knee.

I've been have a lot of lower back pain over the last two months or so with sciatica and shooting pain in my hips. Also my back went completely out for no reason to the point I couldn't walk for the second Time today. I had rods put in from T1-T7 3years ago after an infection in my spine cause it to fracture. I'm concerned about another infection but no fever. Also I don't have a spleen I'm considering going to the ER
