Foot ball player, 3 weeks ago during training he suddenly stepped over the ball causing him to fall on his right ankle, he felt a sharp pain at the site of the injury followed by visible swelling, he couldn't put weight on his leg when walking out the play ground and needed a help from his playmates and he couldn’t bear a touch on his ankle.
Is it a ankle sprain or fracture?
