My shoulder has an ache in my left side and it increases with breathing and i have to lie on my left side and i am not able to lie on my back. It pains a lot.. specifically in cold areas. What should i do!

I have suffering from reapeated dislocation of shoulder joint.i have plastered on 2 times then it again dislocated.this occured at night in sleep unconsciously.i doesn't have any previous injury to shoulder joint or fall on it.just it happening again and again without knowingly.

I had teared acl 15 years back and since then I had buckled knee once or twice a year. Recently I buckled a week back and feeling pain while making leg straight. I did an MRI and report says complete acl tear with bucket handle miniscus flipped into joint. I have consulted a doc and he advised for surgery. I have a US travel plan on 3 Rd week of August, my question is can it wait till then? My condition is lipping slightly and some times feeling painin side of knee.

Today it's 15day of ACL surgery with surgery procedure Semi T. Advised for quadricep exercise. I m doing it from day 1 onwards by counting 10 up to 10times 3rice a day. I opened the brace and tried to lift the leg but after a little bit raise there is pain at knee. I was bed rest till now as per doctors advise. Is it due to improper physiotherapy. What can I do. Plz advise.

Hi I had a fracture in foot 4 months back. Now when I went for X-ray, it is shown that the same has not heeled. I have been given antiinflammatory medicine by doctor for 5 days now. What should be the way forward if it doesn't settle with the above medicine in next 5 days? Do I have to get into cast? And for how many weeks s? Promity
