I’ve injured my shoulder it feels funny to move and put pressure hurts and pain gets worse depending on where my arm is

Yesterday I got hurt in metatarsal part of my leg while I was playing in the school. It did not give me much pain in my legs at that time while I was in my school but after reaching home it is found that I cannot walk properly because pain took place in my legs and as a result I cannot go to tuition teachers also. So please give me some necessary steps for preventing this paining from my joints

Around 3 months ago I got this pain on my left calf muscle. It was like a Charlie horse. It felt stiff when I moved it. Researched and found out that it could be a DVT AND GOT VERY PARANOID. No recent surgery and no particularly long time seated or laying down. That particular pain went away after a couple of days and now three months after I’m just left with sensitivity on my left calf. It doesn’t hurt when i touch it and it isn’t warm, it doesn’t hurt when I stretch or when I contract.
