Cervical neck pain with hand wrist pain
I am having cervical neck pain along with shoulders pain from 3 months which keep on changing from left to right... And also left wrist pain from 1 months... Is this l ft hand wrist pain connected with neck pain... What should i do ..? Someone help!!!

Avoid bike rides, limit mobile usage, try keeping neck straight avoid extreme neck positions. Raise your working desk height.Avoid lifting weight, don't stool your shoulder Get xray cervical spine if all this doesn't relieve problem in 15 days.
