Good Morning Doctors, My name is Arshad i got wrist injury in my right hand. It happend in my gym in the month of ramadan due to inappropriate lift of weight and its still paining. I've started an ayuvedic treatment since last 2 week. its been a long time and i started feeling depress please help me. I've took out an x-ray here it is

I am having pain for last 3 years in my neck and I couldn't use pillow. Recently A doctor asked me for x-ray and it shows loss of lordosis in cervical spine. He advised me to reduce my weight and some exercise only. But my pain is still there. Please advise what to do.

Years back I Met an accident due to which my wrist gets injured after that when I ride vehicle and wrist gets pressure it starts paining in wrist joint that I can't move my wrist What should I do?

If I stand for some time , even for about 5 mins, My legs start aching, but I can walk comfortably for 15-20 minutes or more.

Hello doctor my name is shreejan sinha I am 18 year old my height is 165cm and my weight is 76kg.my father's height would be around 5'8-5'9 ( my head reaches above his ear)my mother would be around 5'4 and my sister is 5'5.i want to increase my height . I want to b 170cm+ but my knee bones have fused.i have got my elbow x-ray also done.if I can't get tall I atleast want to give the impression that I am 170cm+.can my height increase.i heard height can increase till the age 21-22 in boys,will I be taller.. I am around 12 kg overweight if I reduce this weight will my height increase because more weight means more pressure on spine... What should I eat to increase height..what exercise should I do..how many times...should I take any supplements...please tell in detail One more issue is that I have no facial hair..boys around 16 year are keeping beard..but I have no hair what can I do please doctor I need your help

Hi Doctor, Due to wearing Jeans for 2 weeks it has hurt My buttock tailbone with swelling and pain. Monday I visited doctor he prescribed hhamclav 625, signoflam, phlogam for 2 weeks. Now swelling has reduced with pain. Problem is it has started forming pus and I am trying to clean. Not sure if it needs drain or medicine are enough to cure. Should I continue medicine or what is next action to heal situation.

Hi, Hit the finger of my feet , seems slightly raised at the joint. Although no swelling yet but feels slight pain at the point while walking. Any spray or ointment? Regards Riyaz

My mother have pain in her joint since last few years. She is avoiding knee replacement surgery and is taking pain killers on SoS basis. Of late she started physiotherapy when contacted a new doctor. The new doctor also insisted to go for injecting some lubricant / steroids in knees which will be useful if we are avoiding knee replacement as per him. However we are not sure about the side effects of such treatment. We also seek what else can be done if we are avoiding knee replacement surgery for next 4-6 years.
