Past tuesday 7 days ago i wake up at mornning.i feel reel sensation.then i went to local doctor.he sugest me vertin 16 b.d after taking vertin my reel sensation completly gone.but dizziness will be still.than i go to near govt hospital they give me injection diclofenec,stematil,rantidine,emeset 2 inj vain and 2 inj interamascular.after inject inj i m almost o.k x ray report diagnose cervicle spondalysis. My question is now i m taking vertin 16. I will contineu or stop vertin16.

I’m a 28 year old male who just had to undergo a total knee replacement surgery after meeting with an accident. Now I am kind of bed ridden and I find it really sickening. I want to get up and start doing my work and chores on my own. Apparently, I need to exercise. Can anyone suggest total knee replacement exercise to work my knees to get full mobility of my knee. I had the surgery 4 weeks ago and it is better from its original state.

I've been suffering from acute heel pain (below the Achilles tendon, in the heel bone) in both legs, for the last one year. Running and exercising has become nearly impossible, and it hurts to walk after a kilometre or so. My reports are negative for arthritis. Please suggest a course of action.
