Bone & Muscle problems

I live in a hostel. Suddenly I heard my friends quarrelling. They were giving blows and slaps and kicks to each other. I tried to control the quarrelling. So I stand between them.But I received a strong kick on my vertebral column/backbone. I feel a little pain . I applied volini gel there. Will anything bad happen to me? Will the kick harm the spinal cord and the nerves inside the vertebral column? Will my spinal cord get damaged?

Hi Team, I have lower back pain and pain in both hands thumb. I had done MRI and X-Ray but no negative indications. I have these problems from last 3 years. Please let me know how to overcome my problems.

I am facing some pain in my right knee while completely folding my legs and sitting on floor by putting load on my feet. Sometimes it is getting sever. I don't got any shock/injury as such. I can walk without any pain thought. Kindly suggest.

Pain in Hand Finger joints. Toe finger of foot twisting frequently. Feeling stressed and fatigue. Sometimes feeling dizzy due to lack of sleep.

I got a cervical spine xray done as recommended by my doctor. The xray report says, 1) Reduced disc space between C6 and C7 2) Cervical ribs seen on both sides What should I do? The xray was recommended by my doctor because I experience back pain and hand pain upon usage accompanied with slight numbness.

A portable whiteboard fell on my left shoulder...The time it dropped on my shoulder,i did not feel any pain but after a few minutes,i felt like i cannot move my shoulder.But,it’s just a minor pain.Now,i felt very uneasy to I move my shoulder.I’ve checked it myself,there were no bruise.just saw a red patch on my shoulder.I did feel a bit of a pain when I applied small pressure to the red patch.Should I go to doctor or just apply ointment?Help!!!the feeling is distracting.I don’t like it...

Pain in wrist joint. Palm muscle and fingers joints. Pain when close hand and open. It is form last 1 year.
