Neck and shoulder pain
I am facing pain in neck and shoulder area from last 3-4 days. I am not able to sit or lie down without pain.

You might have acute cervical spasm which might be due to improper sleeping and improper posture. Apply ice pack in that area Please tc of posture , apply cervical collar , take some antinflammatory medication and muscle relaxant.
