Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I am unable to open or chew. Since today morning my jaw line is paini. Unable eat or chew. While closing teeth a sharp pain is thr. Plz suggest.

I have been diagnosed for Rheumatoid arthritis but tests such as hla b27, hcv etc hv been found negative but still doctor from Ganga ram hospital Sri ved chaturvedi prescribed medications for RA. Doctors from spine injury center Delhi said its transient osteoporosis and suggesting not to have RA medication as they are harmful to kidneys. Now I am in dilemma whom to follow. I am 21 yrs old, gender female.

My girlfriends foot muscle seem as if they are always tense, when I feel her foot, the tendons feel hard and to me it seems that they are being pulled even they she isn't pressing or moving them. It seems to cause a secondary problem in that she wakes up in the night with cramps in her calves.

She hurt her back months ago and she cant walk or move because it's hurt very much this is the MRI scan

I had a accident 2 months back and detected with ligament soft tissues Injury.i had proper rest and medicines now I started back to office.sometimes I feel pain and difficulty in walking after sitting for long and waking in morning. I have not done MRI as my condition is much better now but still some issue.in hiwm much more time I'm completely able to walk or run again.
