MRI findings : Superior Labral tear is seen involving superior labrum 12 o clock with involvement of inferior fibres of bicep tendons
I have attached my MRI report for reference.
Can this be healed by Physio and rehab or do i need to undergo surgery.

Hi I think is this a case of recurrent shoulder dislocation. If yes then you have a label tear or bankarts tear which probably will require arthroscopic surgery but need to seen clinically.
Slap tear is over reported sometimes it need to be seen clinically and decide it's treatment
