Grade II tear of posterior horn & Hyper
My knee was injured during play I went for MRI and findings are 1. Grade II tear of posterior torn of medial meniscus with fraying of posterior capsular surface 2. Hyper buckling of PCL. My question is it can recover without surgery if yes then how
