Small slap tear on shoulders and back side .its pain on that both side I want to join Gym . it's ok to do Gym .I done operation also for that but still after operation small tear is there

Hello, this is a very common condition. Pls visit a Mckenzie Physiotherapist for detailed screening of your problem. Yes you can do gym.., but according to ur pain there might be certain do's and dont's . All the best
