Neck and back shoulder pain
I have been pain in my back shoulder last 15 days ,before two days i got pain on my neck also when I woke up

Do you have any pain in upper limb and  tingling numbness ? You required do to some exercise for you neck and shoulder .Show orthopedic surgeon near by you .He will clinically see you and advised medicine and  exercises according .with help of physiotherapist you can learn  exercises.till then you do hot fomentation for neck .
