Ligament tear
Met with Bike accident 20 days back and road hit on knee. below is the MRI scan details. Mild joint effusion seen. Focal prepateller soft tissue contusion is seen. Patchy marrow contusions seen in the medial tibial and femoral condyles. Small depressed fracture of the posterolateral corner of the tibia seen with underlying marrow contusion. Small osteochondral depression seen in the lateral femoral condyle. Full thickness tear of ACL seen Grade I tear of MCL with adjacent fluid . Undisplaced fracture of the fibular head is seen with adjacent marrow edema. Horizontal tear of body and posterior horn of the medial meniscus seen. Focal fluid in the popliteal bursa. There is no plica . Hoffa fat pad is normal

Hello, u had a fractures along with ACL tear. First and foremost, your leg should be immobilized. Also you should get a orthopedic surgeon's opinion. My opinion is, your leg should be immobilized till the  fracture gets heal. After that You can go for ACL reconstruction. You need post surgical physiotherapy treatment. Not now.

Hiii....u have got knee injury with swelling around knee.read your report details...it can be relieved by Physiotherapy .we will first reduce the oedema and swelling in your joint.which will help in mild movements.currently u have to protect your knee from weight bearing keep it supported and kindly meet us in the clinic so that we can help u getting better soon.take care.

keep knee supported either with crepe or knee supports available in market.
