Hi. Shoulder labral tear if you have dislocated your shoulder for first time at age of 37 years then very high chance it might heal if kept in shoulder immobiliser for 3 weeks. But please consider to find that there isn't something else you are missing as it is not common to have dislocation at this age for the first time. Tendocare is not going to help. You can stop it.
