Starting from spine till left chest. Whenever working it starts with neck pain and then it comes down to spine and then under arms and chest.

Hi. I have been experiencing morning neck stiffness after waking up in the morning not every day but certainly every other day . This gives me problem in sleeping early morning cuz stiff neck hurts . But when I wake up and start doing my stuff in a matter of 15-20 minutes. It goes away . What to do ? I live in a hostel and can't go see a a doctor right away . Suggest me some tips . Thanks !
