Knee pain after running
I started running, after one week my both side inner knee joint get pain. I'm unable to sit down and stand up with out support. I took some painkiller. My physical test will be in next month. How to continue my running practice. I'm very disappointed

You need to get physically checked by an orthopedic surgeon to see why is your pain. Is it due to meniscus pathology or due to chondromalacia or due to some other pathology which will require x-rays too.
