Bone & Muscle problems

My mom is suffering from pain in her ankle when she is stepping/walking. She feels like her ankle has more mass at bottom and swelling. problem is worst in morning on waking up. She also complains joint pain at shoulder occassionally which lasts for several days.

My father has bone protruding below both his knees. He has no pain in both knees. One doctor said he would need a couple of injections to fix this. However, we have no details on the medicine names and reason of the protruding. Pls let us know the next course of action I am attaching the image for your reference

I've been having a mid foot sprain before 15 days. Swelling is totally gone now but there is pain in mid foot and I m not able to walk properly. There is pain in my foot when I put weight on it.what should I do now.

I have some clumsiness in my thumb of the right hand. The joint flutters sometimes and there is slight pain and clumsiness at both the joints of the thumb. I had De Quervains syndrome in my lady hand thumb after delivery, which lasted for  around a year and this feeling is similar to the numbness that I felt then, except this time, there is no wrist pain. From the childhood, whenever I sit or fold my legs my knee joint produce sound but there is no pain. Is it a sign of arthritis or there is deficiency of any vitamins. What should I include my diet or which medicine should I take for this issue. Or I should not care about the sounds.
