Bone & Muscle problems

My mother is having pain in her upper part of legs(thighs). And it becomes a bit harder than before. Is there any medication for this.

I had a fall on a slippery surface and hit my right knee on the floor. Appear that my knee cap and other bones were safe.. No fractures as I was able to move slowly. Details are in the attached MRI reports.Right now using knee braces. Able to walk slowly and carefully. Not much of pain. Pl advise next steps... Rest and Rehabilitation or anything else to fix this issue. Need urgent advice as I need to decide soon.

Hi recently, I started doing Zumba and I feel a lot of pain in the areas around my feet and knee (ankle areas). Although I have danced a lot in life before yet Zumba is like a heavy workout where you have to jump a lot. Whenever I dance, my feet hurts a lot! And afterwards my right knee pains. I am 4'11 and my weight is 46. My feet is very small in size, so is my bone structure. Could you please help me with a remedy so that I can dance without any pain.

My whole body pains specially joints. Even neck pains too badly. I was very scared. Two times I went to ICTC within a year. Result was negative. I went to orthopaedic. He asked for ANA test. Test was positive. Doctor told me that I have Autoimmune disease. What can be meant by this.
